By placing an order on this Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy.
2. Eligibility
To purchase goods on this Website, you must:

You confirm that all information provided is true, accurate and current.
3. Placing an Order
When placing an order, you will be guided through the checkout process.
After submitting your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of the order.
A binding contract is concluded only when the goods have been dispatched.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in cases of:

If we cancel your order, you will be refunded in full.
4. Prices and Payment
All prices are stated in EUR and include Danish VAT where applicable.
Delivery costs are shown separately before final checkout.

We retain ownership of the goods until full payment has been received.
If payment authorization fails, we are not responsible for delays or non-delivery.
5. Delivery
We currently deliver to EU countries only.
Estimated delivery time within the EU: 3–5 business days.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to circumstances beyond our control.
The risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery.
6. Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are displayed during checkout.
We reserve the right to adjust shipping fees where applicable.
7. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumer Law)
In accordance with EU consumer protection law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you receive the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us by email at:

You must return the goods within 14 days from notifying us of withdrawal.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless otherwise agreed.
Refunds will be issued within 14 days after we receive the returned goods (or proof of return), using the same payment method used for the purchase.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons if unsealed after delivery

personalized or custom-made products
8. Complaints and Defective Goods
Under Danish law, you have a 2-year right to complain about defects in products.
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately at:

If the complaint is justified, we will repair, replace or refund the product in accordance with applicable law.
9. Product Information
We strive to ensure product descriptions and images are accurate.
However, we cannot guarantee that colors displayed on your device will precisely match the actual product.
We reserve the right to correct errors or inaccuracies at any time.
10. Intellectual Property

11. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Katicom ApS shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of this Website or the purchase of products.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

We are not liable for delays or failure to perform obligations due to events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, transport disruptions or governmental restrictions.
