To be eligible to purchase goods on this Website under Danish law you must:
a) Be aged 18 or older
b) Placing an order provide your real name, phone number, e-mail address, payment details and other requested information
d) Stipulate a valid delivery address.
c) Possess a valid debit/credit card issued by a bank acceptable to us
You warrant that your personal information in which you are required to provide us with when you register as a customer is true, accurate and current in all respects.
You agree not to impersonate any other person or entity or to use a false name or a name that you are not authorized to use.
Placing an order:
When placing an order, you will be guided through the process of series of simple instructions on the Website. Once you have placed your order, we will send to you an order confirmation providing you with a payment reference and the value of your order and which has been debited to your credit/debit card. Unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled your order in accordance with the Cancellation section of the Website, our acceptance of your order and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place when we have dispatched the goods ordered by you.
To cancel your order after it has been dispatched to you, you will need to follow the Returns Policy & Procedure.

We may not accept your order if an item you have ordered is out of stock, we are unable to obtain authorization for your payment or if we identify a product or pricing error. We reserve the right to reject any offer to purchase by you at any time. If we are unable to fulfil your order following our order acknowledgement, we will contact you by email or telephone advising you of this.
Payment:
All prices indicated for products available via the Website are inclusive of Danish VAT and exclusive of delivery charges. The total cost of your order is the price of the products ordered incl. VAT and delivery charges (see below). Payment can be made by any of the methods specified in the Payment section of this Website. You confirm that the credit or debit card that is being used is yours. All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to, or subsequently refuses to, or does not, for any reason, authorize payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery. We will retain the legal ownership of the goods until you have made full payment and such payment has been received by us.
Delivery:
The delivery time is for EU 3-5 days. We currently ship only to EU countries.
Delivery charges:
We offer free shipping to UK & Ireland. To other EU countries, fixed fee of 5 EUR is applied. Other charges may apply to other webshops linked to our site.

Cancellation Policy and Right to Return:
You have a right to regret your order and cancel within 24 hours from your purchase. Send us an email: sales@beautymadeeasy.eu
When you have received the goods, you have a right to return the goods within 14 days. Should you wish to exercise this right, you need to contact us by email: sales@beautymadeeasy.eu. We will inform you about the closest return address and send further instruction. All expenses regarding the return of the item will be covered by you.
