RICINUS COMMUNIS SEED OIL (CASTOR OIL)
Is a vegetable oil extracted from the seeds of Ricinus Communis plant by cold pressing. It is one of the most used ingredients in lip balms and lipsticks. It helps to retain skin moisture, thereby promoting hydration, but also makes the balm glide smoothly.
We use Cosmos certified oil and source it from UK.
BEESWAX
We use Cosmos certified organic yellow beeswax. 100% pure and natural wax, with UK origin. It creates a perfect stick suitable for paper tube. We allow beeswax as no bees are harmed or killed in the process, making it suitable for vegetarians but not for vegans.
COCONUT OIL & COCO GLYCERIDES
Coconut oil makes wonders to chapped lips. In addition to its clear skin care benefits, we are also very fond of using it in our paper tube formulations, as it melts on contact to lips and thereby softens the application.
THEOBROMA CACAO SEED BUTTER (CACAO BUTTER)
Is a great source of natural antioxidants, adding a protective hydrating layer on lips, keeps them soft and supple for a long time.
HELIANTHUS ANNUUS SEEED OIL (SUNFLOWER SEED OIL)
Contains a range of minerals and nutrients (vitamins A and D), nourishing and delivering protection to lips natural barrier. It absorbs easily and is a perfect carrier for essential oils and aromas.
RUBUS IDAEUS SEED OIL (RASPBERRY SEED OIL )- 100% upcycled, made from leftovers from the juicing industry. Certified Cosmos Natural and Nordic Ecoswan promotion a circular economy. A beautiful emollient,, increasing skin hydration and silky, soft lips. Powerful Antioxidant.
E-VITAMIN (TOCOPHEROL) - we add natural E-vitamin, which works as an antioxidant for lips, but also as a natural preservative supporting the shelf-life of the product.
OTHER STUFF - STEARYL BEHENATE, CETYL PALMITATE, ISOPROPYL MYRISTATE. Are all plant&vegetable based No GMO ingredients, which benefit in creating the perfect stick and combining the oils.
